Origin of Species


John Wilkins' exceptionally pretty and no doubt highly informative book is just about available.

According to the University of California Press, the book is expected to ship August 11th, though the official release date remains September 1st.

If I were you, I'd order my copy right away, since the demand will surely be J. K. Rowlingesque as Wilkins rockets into the ranks of jet-setting glamour authors.

If you buy a first printing, maybe he'll deign to wave at you as his limo passes by.

Looks good. There were several other enticing titles on the page with Wilkins' book. I had to get out fast so that I wouldn't succumb to the temptation to spend my entire paycheck in one place.
