A Day At the Museum

I spent the day at the American Museum of Natural History, so this is all you're getting today.

Definitely an improvement on your usual fare ;)

[Sticks tongue out]

Why don't you go write up 500 words on some deservedly obscure scientist ... I could use a nap.

John, just the mere mention gave me a twinge of regret I was not there ;-) (not that I would have dropped everything and flown to NY, had I known). My wife and I spent the entire day there, before/during the '04 Howlerfest, and didn't see enough!

(And it made that silly movie more enjoyable, being able to link it, allowing for dramatic license, with a real place)

Is that your tongue? I'd consult a doctor if I were you!

I was there with my brother and sister-in-law in from California and we spent most of our time running from one special exhibit to another (Hayden planetarium, I-Max, the butterflies and the Silk Road exhibit) that we barely had time before the museum closed to make a lightning quick run through the dinosaur rooms. Anything less than a week is a superficial visit.

And Thony ...

I'm rubber, you're ... oh, never mind!
